RPMGlobal, OMEGALLIANCE, and Schneider Electric organized the conference “Improvement of Operating Performance at Mining Plant” held on March 14, 2018.
This annual conference brought together mining professionals, experts in finances and mining work planning, and mining equipment maintenance and repair specialists. The participants could learn about new initiatives on production cost reduction and effective management of a mining plant, network with colleagues successfully implementing innovative solutions, and had an opportunity to share their own experience. They had a unique opportunity to find out about application of digital economy principles at a mining plant to increase business profitability. Professionals with many years of experience in digital transformation of large enterprises spoke at the conference, and the conference participants learned about global and Russian practice of operating performance improvement at mining plants through state-of-the art technologies, methods and management practices.
