In 2004 the management of the company, having analysed a market situation, came to a conclusion that the current format of the company demands changes. On the one hand, the company was already one of many companies integrators in the market, and the high competition demanded resolute actions. On the other hand, at customers already at that time I started becoming ripe a question of efficiency of the investments into long projects of complex automation and introduction of ERP solutions. As a result of reformation in the company the department of production decisions and specialized consulting was allocated. Experience of projects at large manufacturing enterprises allowed to focus precisely efforts on development of this direction. So in 2004 the first projects in the field of operational management of production (MES), production planning were started, and also one of the first in Russia started the project of management of fixed assets (EAM).
